This is a natural woolly mammoth tusk tip (Mammuthus primigenius) in superb condition. The ivory is rock-solid despite the small cracks. The color of the bark is a mix of white and caramel.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
