This is a good-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory of this semi-circular piece is rock-solid despite the tiny cracks. One cross-cut section is thicker and wider than the other. The color of the ivory is white-beige.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
