This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid and completely dry. There is a small crack on the thicker (and wider) cross-cut section. The underside is flat and there are reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The color of the ivory is white. The color of the outer layer of bark is beige.
