This is an immaculate piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid, completely dry, and without cracks. One cross-cut section is narrower than the other because one side was cut at an angle. Consistent thickness with plenty of reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The color of the ivory is white.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
